At Traditions Health, the health and well-being of our staff, their families, our patients, and their loved ones, including the communities we serve, are of the utmost importance to us. We are aware of the concerns in the community about the COVID-19 pandemic and how this may impact your decision to have our health care teams continue to come into your home or facility to provide the care necessary for you, your loved ones, or residents within your facility.
Traditions Health has been and will continue to follow all recommendations put forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Above all, our focus is on the safety and security of our staff, patients, families, and the communities we serve. Our staff, vendors, and volunteers are monitored and pre-screened daily. Routine and thorough screening, masking, and hygiene procedures remain our top priorities to protect our patients, staff, and community.
The best way to prevent illness is to get vaccinated. Currently, three vaccines are authorized and recommended to prevent Covid-19: Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized the emergency use of these vaccines to prevent Covid-19 under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA).
